Mayfair Supper Club: Game & Whisky Tasting

The Mayfair Supper Club is back and this time with a focus on game dishes, as a celebration of the start of game season. You’ll savour four exquisite courses in our private dining room ‘The Club’, each paired with a complementing whisky.
To start, your palate will be tickled with mallard duck carpaccio and bacon-wrapped Scottish grouse breast with confit leg. For the main event it’s red deer cannon venison served with sweet potato gratin, beetroot puree, leeks, caramelised figs & venison jus, and finally your sweet craving will be satisfied by plum tart tatin with vanilla ice cream.
